I used to run in pads but the chaffing was becoming painful. I can run in these with no chaffing for around 12 miles

As a runner I don’t mind sharing I’ve had my share of accidents but that is a thing of the past. I have now thrown all
my other nickers out. Theses stay put no rubbing or chaffing and definitely give me 100% confidence everyday.

Recommended by a work colleague. She loves to wear her Nixi to catch any leaks whilst running. I'm lucky enough to suffer from neither problem (leaks or running 😉) but I do have quite heavy periods.
I can possibly go down a size as my pair are a little loose after a few hours...but I reckon that will keep them comfy.
Absolute best thing about them alongside their absorbency and comfort is that they do not climb up your bum!!

I’m a runner currently doing long distances and of a certain age having had babies…. Having tried many other brands these are the best for any bladder leaks. I’m a size 10 and the size 10 in Carla fit just right under leggings with no VPL!!! I have purchased several pairs but have found they wash and last for ages. Many thanks!

I would highly recommend these knickers, they are effective, comfortable and do the job perfectly! They are well worth the money to have that confidence when out and about, knowing there will be no embarrassing accidents.

Ordered the bikini bottoms, I am over the moon. They look fabulous. Such a flattering style (and I hate myself in swimwear-size 16)

Bought these for leaks when exercising and they are just fab. Snug and comfortable with no vpl.

Tried Carla Sporty for the first time on a run today and loved them. Very comfortable to wear and a great fit. Gave me confidence that there will be no bladder leakage issues especially on those longer runs.

Having tried a different brand for occasional leakage while running, which I found a bit bulky , I was keen to try and alternative.
I was a little sceptical with regards to the no VPL and no riding up, but happy to have had no issues.
Tried them out on an effort session, which is when I normally have issues, and felt comfortable for the whole run

Having struggled with exercising due to bladder control for years I'm so pleased to have found these. They are so flattering and feminine but they do what you need them to. Really impressed and will be ordering more.
